Anyone else seen this and can report on quality? Mostly I want to know if it's actually bluray/HD and 5.1.

Avoid.
The image quality is ok but the audio is shit. Under 100 kb/s per channel is just not nearly enough and on top of that I think it's run through some loudness filter. If there's anything larger happening on screen (= something else than pure dialogue) the audio starts crackling and just eventually starts cutting out.
Not watchable. Avoid.

Al video le doy 8 pero al audio le pongo un 5 ya que no tiene separacion de canales... y es una lastima porque se oye muy nitido y fuerte.

I have to agree with non_account.
I downloaded five different versions of this movie to compare. This version is 10 pixels narrower on the y-axis (534 horizontal resolution versus 544) but it purports to have eight channel audio. I have been downloading 720p and 1080p movies for quite some time. This is the first release which claims to support an 8-channel setup. I only have a 6-channel setup but I decided to give this a go.
When watching movies, I set my computer volume to 100% and VLC's volume to approximately 70%. I heard crackling within the first few moments of the movie. In addition, the first dialogue is in Spanish (or some variation thereof). Since this is a .mkv file, the file contains various subtitles. However, using English as an example, none of them are for forced dialogue.
Finally, the encoder chose to place his or her signature all over the container. Using mkvmerge, I removed "worldwide 7477" from the title name as well as the separate sections of the container. Overall, the video is good but the audio crackling kills the experience. Eight channel audio or not, I would not recommend downloading this version.
